Peradon Boxwood Brass Tip Fastener
This Peradon Boxwood Brass Tip Fastener is the Traditional tip fastener complete with steel file to ensure the top of the cue is flat before fitting the tip. Once positioned with the brass loop holding the new tip in place the brass collar is pulled down to fix the tip fastener in this position on the cue shaft until the tip glue has completely set.
As you will see it also has a file which is very useful in breaking up chalk on your cue tip. This file is used to roll over the tip pushing down on it which will help change your tip from not adhering to chalk to having something for it to bit into.
With min I actually pulled it off the tool and keep it in my cue case.
